We offer both. If you want full-package, we handle fabric, trims, accessories, pattern, grading, sewing, packing, and shipping assistance. If you prefer CMT/CMPT, you can supply materials and we do the rest. This flexibility lets you keep the control level you like. It also helps new brands start fast and scale smoothly. Our team will guide you to the best option for your launch date and budget.

Our regular MOQ for adult styles is 1,000 pcs per color per style. We know smaller runs are sometimes needed. With fabric consolidation or a dye-house surcharge, we can do 300–1,000 pcs per color per style. Tell us your target and we will suggest a path that works. This approach helps you test the market without over-stocking. We keep the discussion open and practical from day one.

Typical lead time is 75–110 days. The exact timing depends on fabric availability, order size, and style complexity. Basic fabrics move faster; special developments take longer. We plan timelines with you before production starts. That way, your launch and shipping dates stay on track. Our goal is zero surprises and smooth handoffs at every step.

Our capacity is listed as 80,000–150,000 pieces per month. This range reflects style mix and line loading. We will confirm a firm weekly output once we review your tech pack and size curve. We run in-house QC to AQL 2.5/4.0 as standard. On request, we can meet AQL 1.5/2.5. Inline checks and final inspections are built into our process. We can ship FOB from Vietnam or provide door-to-door (DDP) to your warehouse. Choose the model that fits your logistics setup. Many first-time buyers pick DDP for simplicity. Established brands often use FOB with their forwarders. Either way, our merchandisers coordinate documents and handovers. You stay updated at each milestone.

You will have a dedicated merchandiser. We offer 24/7 production tracking assistance and live updates on cutting, sewing, finishing, and dispatch. You always know where your order stands. Yes. Our operations are audited toward GSV, WRAP, SECURITY PAS and SMETA 2P  standards. This supports your brand’s compliance needs. We can share current certificates and scope upon request. Yes, we do. At Mekong Garment, we welcome and fully support third-party final inspections (such as SGS, Intertek, or Bureau Veritas) arranged by our clients. You may appoint your own inspection company, or we can recommend trusted partners who are experienced in garment quality control. During the process, our team provides full access to the production floor, packing area, and finished goods so the inspection can be carried out smoothly. We believe that this level of transparency strengthens trust and ensures every shipment meets your required quality and compliance standards. Many of our long-term partners use this step as part of their standard process, and we are always happy to align with it.

We follow each client’s packing and labeling instructions carefully. Standard packing includes polybags, carton boxes, size labels, care labels, and barcodes. If you require retail-ready packaging or special folding methods, we can arrange that as well. We also provide pre-packs by ratio for easier warehouse handling. Cartons are marked according to your templates to simplify customs clearance. Attention to detail in packaging ensures your goods arrive organized and store-ready.

If any issue is detected, our QA team investigates immediately and takes corrective action on the line. For major issues, we stop production until the problem is solved. Corrective measures can include re-sewing, re-checking, or replacing defective trims or fabrics. We always keep clients informed and propose solutions instead of hiding problems. We accept AI, PDF, and high-resolution PNG for prints and labels. Please outline fonts or include font files to avoid errors. For embroidery, a DST file is ideal; otherwise we can help digitize. Share Pantone codes for color accuracy. Clear files save time and prevent rework.

Yes, we can source fabrics, ribs, zippers, buttons, and eco options. Tell us your hand-feel, stretch, and performance needs, plus target cost. We will present 2–3 options with lead times. If you prefer to nominate mills or supply materials, CMT is also available. We keep sourcing transparent so you can decide quickly.

We run inline checks at cutting, sewing, and finishing, then a final AQL inspection. Issues are flagged early so we fix them on the line, not at the end. We can meet stricter AQL levels if required. Third-party inspections are welcome. Our goal is stable, repeatable quality every season.
