Our factory is outfitted with advanced machinery to ensure high efficiency, consistent quality, and scalable production. From cutting and stitching to finishing and inspection, our equipment enables us to deliver top-tier garments with precision and speed.
- One-needle Machine: 200 units
- Two-needle Machine: 23 units
- Kansai Machine: 12 units
- Overlock Machine: 72 units

Our standard MOQ is:
1,000 pieces per color per style for adult garments
However, we understand the reality of market testing, seasonal rollouts, and custom collections. We're open to producing:
- 500–1,000 pieces per color/style when:
- + Fabric orders can be consolidated with similar products
- + Surcharge for small batch dyeing is accepted
- + Flexible delivery timelines are agreed upon
We also support minimum color quantities (MCQ) on a case-by-case basis, depending on fabric mill constraints and dye house availability.
