How Polypropylene Fabric Is Made<\/h2>\n

The process starts with turning petroleum-based propylene gas into polypropylene resin through controlled polymerisation. Manufacturers melt this resin and shape it into fibres, films, or non-woven sheets depending on the final use. Since the polymer melts at a lower temperature than other synthetics, careful heat control is important during production.
